How can I determine the shipping rate and delivery time for my order?

All orders are shipped with care using FedEx for U.S. and international destinations. To view the shipping rate for your order, use the shipping calculator during checkout. Rates are based on weight, location, and selected shipping method. When an order is placed, we will process the necessary paperwork and contact the customer with the cost and time required for shipment. 

All in stock orders placed before 1:00pm Eastern will ship within 2 business days of order receipt and payment verification. Standard delivery method is FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified on your order. Expedited freight services are available on request. Please allow 3-7 days for standard delivery within the U.S. FOB St. Paul, MN.

What are the details for online coupon code promotions?

Special promotions may occur using coupon codes and gift certificates at checkout.  The company store reserves the right to cancel these promotions at any time.

When can I select Yahoo Office for a “ship to” address?

Yahoo office is only available for orders placed using the $75 employee gift coupon. These orders are picked, packed and shipped each week (not daily since some orders ship bulk). If you would like your order sooner, you may certainly select any of the FedEx shipping options.

Can I check the status of my order online? 

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link for you to check your order status online.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase.

On the packing slip received with your order, please write the reason for return. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with the item. Return to the address in the upper left corner of the packing slip. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a credit, refund or prefer to exchange the item.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at companystore@yahoo-inc.com or call Customer Service at 1-877-760-6444. A representative will instruct you about returning the item.

If the original purchase was paid by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, the order will be credited to that card account upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two billing statements for the credit to appear.

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable. They are a final sale.



Gift cards are available for purchase at the physical stores and online. When purchasing a gift card online, you will receive an email with the purchased codes within 24 hours of purchase. The e-gift cards can be redeemed online and at the Sunnyvale or NY store. You do not have to spend the entire amount at one time. If it is for a gift you can forward the email with the appropriate gift code.

Physical cards can be redeemed at one of the stores and online using the code on the card


Join now and earn points for every dollar spent on personal purchases. Spend $75 and receive a $15 credit on your account to use on your next purchase. You will continue to accumulate points and receive rewards (every $75 spent) on your account whether visiting a physical store (NY and Sunnyvale) or online. Once you submit your request to join below, you will only be required to log-in each time you make a purchase in order to receive credit on future purchases. If you have made purchases as a guest you will need to set up an account here, log-in link. There is a Log-in icon at top right of the home page for quick access.

If visiting a store, at the time of purchase, just mention you are part of the program and one of our staff will pull up your account and process your transaction.
